WASHINGTON -- A Central Illinois business hopes inmates will help its operation be even more successful. Neull's has created an e-cigarette which it promotes as "jail safe." It's made of soft plastic which is see-through making it tough to turn into a weapon.

Jails are catching onto the concept. The owner says at least ten counties have expressed interest in selling the product. They cost about $7, but jails already using them charge twice that.
