TOLONO -- Eating some sweet treats could help a local library pay to fix its leaky roof. Workers already started putting up new shingles at the Tolono Library, but it's still trying to raise money to foot the bill, about $120,000.

The fund is already about halfway there. Leaders say people from the community have been pulling together through the summer to earn even more.

Inside the building, water stains on the ceiling and walls show where rain leaked in. The Board of Trustees president says it dripped onto computers and some workers.

To help, stop at Marble Slab Creamery in Savoy until 9 pm Tuesday. 20% of sales will benefit the library.
