VILLA GROVE -- Residents are worried about plans to move the fire department. It currently sits on the north side of the train tracks, but city leaders are talking about moving it, the police department and ambulance services to the other side.

With a train which comes through multiple times a day and keeps traffic stopped for up to 20 minutes at a time, people worry it could keep emergency crews from getting where they need to go. Plans to move crews to the south side of town are still in the preliminary stages.
