Family to Family addresses bullying

CHAMPAIGN -- Families gathered to discuss bullying Thursday night. A small group attended the "Family to Family" session.

The goal is to give parents a clear understanding of how to recognize and deal with bullying. It also addressed when and how to report a missing child. Police say there's a lot of misconception.

Officer Westfield says one of the biggest misconceptions of reporting a runaway is that you have to wait 24-hours. He says that's too long, and you should call immediately.
