CHAMPAIGN COUNTY -- Farmers are getting their animals ready for the Champaign County Fair. Livestock judging starts Monday. Sunday, farmers groomed sheep, rams and even cattle. The goal is to make them look their best to sell or win prize money.

Even though it's a lot of hard work, some say this is the fun part. Even though the next few days aren't supposed to be scorchers, farmers say they're not taking any chances. They keep water buckets filled and fans on to make sure the animals stay cool.
