COOK COUNTY -- A 25-year old Wisconsin man faces class 4 felony charges in the death of an ISP Trooper. Authorities say Andrew Bokelman, of Lomira, WI, was driving a semi-truck on I-294, in March, when he rear-ended the squad car of Trooper James Sauter.

Both vehicles burst into flames and Sauter was pronounced dead at the scene. Charges against Bokelman include driving while fatigued, exceeding limit of hours driving and falsifying driving records. Bokelman was arrested Wednesday and is being held in a facility in Park Ridge.
