First mass murder suspect's trial to start

PEORIA COUNTY -- The pretrial hearing for Christopher Harris wrapped up Monday. The prosecution plans to dismiss some charges against him, but aren't saying which ones. The jury also won't hear any statements made about how Dillen Constant, one of the victims, could become violent.

Harris is accused of brutally murdering Constant and his family in 2009. The 14-year old, his parents and siblings were found dead inside their home.

Christopher and his brother, Jason, were both charged with their deaths. The men will be tried separately. Christopher Harris' trial starts Tuesday.
