CHAMPAIGN -- Christmas carolers sang some political tunes in front of Congressman Tim Johnson's office.

They sang "fiscal cliff" carols to the tune of holiday favorites, like "O Christmas Tree" and "Jingle Bells." The group said they want Johnson to end tax breaks for the top 2% of Americans.

Johnson was not in his Champaign office. But he said he's been working with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to improve the country's financial situation.
