CHAMPAIGN -- All the recent rain means problems for families on Washington Street. The intersection of Washington and Russell usually floods and gets into basements as well.

It's an ongoing problem, but city officials say relief is in sight. Engineers have already started designing a new watershed plan.

Basins will go in the old Robinson Court area. They want to start construction in March.
