CHAMPAIGN -- A former Champaign County official is in trouble with the law. Tony Fabri was caught with marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The former county board member and auditor was ticketed Sunday night.

Police say he was sitting in his car near Kaufman Lake, on West Springfield Avenue. This comes less than two weeks after he lost his bid for county board. He didn't return a call for comment.
