Former congressman to plead guilty

CHICAGO -- Jesse Jackson, Jr., will plead guilty to misusing campaign funds as part of a plea deal. The congressman also agreed to repay hundreds of thousands of dollars. Jackson faces up to five years in prison, but a judge could give him probation instead.
