LOGAN COUNTY -- A former State's Attorney is accused of lying about sexual relations with a client. Timothy Huyett was a public defender from 2009 until he resigned last year.

A legal commission says he was having a sexual relationship with a client in 2011. Huyett originally denied, but then admitted the relationship.

The commission will recommend disciplinary measures, but the final decision will be up to the Supreme Court.
