RUTLEDGE TOWNSHIP -- Voters in a small town in DeWitt County will cast their votes in a garage. The township is so small, it doesn't have an official building to hold elections.

Since 2006, people have been voting at the road commissioner's garage. Larger crowds show up for presidential elections, but they're expecting a small turnout for Tuesday's primary.

Things will be a little somber as the township supervisor died of cancer Sunday. Polls open Tuesday at 7 am.
