Grant pays to upgrade airports

CENTRAL ILLINOIS -- Two area airports are getting major upgrades. It's all part of a $9 million state grant. Vermilion County is one of them. More than $1 million will pay for new runway lights, moving a runway and widening another. The Macon County Airport will get nearly $300,000 to repave a plane parking lot.
