Harris found guilty in triple murder

VERMILION COUNTY -- A Danville man was found guilty of murder. Jerome Harris was convicted in three deaths. Ta'breyon McCullough, Madisen Leverenz and Rodney Pepper were all shot to death in 2007. Police say it was over stolen drugs. Harris is already serving 25 years for drug convictions. Now he must serve a mandatory life sentence.

VERMILION COUNTY -- A jury is being selected for a seven-year old murder trial now that a key witness is ready to take the stand. Jerome Harris will stand trail for the shooting deaths of Ta'breyon McCullough, Madisen Leverenz and Rodney Pepper. They were shot to death in 2007.

Now, McCullough's grandmother is ready to testify against Harris. He faces 15 counts of first degree murder. He was already serving time at Stateville Correctional Center for multiple drug convictions.
