Multiple agencies are investigating a case of arson after a home in Rosamond, in Christian County, caught fire twice in two weeks. The first fire was reported February 14th. Crews were able to contain the fire and limit damage to the bedroom, downstairs and porch.
A second, massive fire broke out February 24th, and destroyed the home. Five crews from nearby towns spent hours battling the blaze. No one was hurt, but a family of five was left homeless. Officials say at the time of the second fire, the electric and gas were shut off at the home as a result of the first fire.
