DANVILLE-- Things are getting better at the Danville Area Humane Society. Donations continue pouring in from all across Central Illinois. The thrift store is a big part of its income each year and it got a makeover.

The animals will soon have a photo-shoot to add profile pictures to the Petfinder website and the number of volunteers has nearly doubled. The next fundraiser for the humane society is a hanging flower basket and orders will be taken from March 14 to April 18.
