ILLINOIS -- Looks like more jobs are on the way to the state. Senator Dick Durbin (D) has signed an agreement between Futuregen and 17 local labor unions. It will bring 620 jobs to the state for a carbon storage project in Morgan County. The agreement also guarantees no lockouts or strikes during the time of the $1.6 billion project.
