Judge upholds warrants against murder suspect

GILMAN -- An Iroquois County judge rules search warrants used to arrest a murder suspect are valid. 34-year old Andrew Condon was charged with murdering a gas station worker in October.

Condon's lawyer said police had no reason to serve search warrants. He wanted all evidence linked with them to be thrown out.

The judge ruled otherwise. He saw surveillance video of a fight between Condon and the victim. Condon is due back in court next week.
