NEOGA, Ill. (WCIA) -- This Kid to Know loves showing bigger kids how it's done with new-found confidence from an amazing summer camp.
Jack Finney is an 8-year old who loves baseball. He doesn't let having a disability stop him from playing. A birth defect left him without a hand, but he can still throw, bat and catch. He just got back from the trip of a lifetime.
The Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball Team held a camp in Washington DC for kids who are missing limbs.
Jack got to go free of charge. He says he loved meeting new friends and never being told "you can't."
Jack says one of the Wounded Warriors even taught him how to tie his shoelaces a "cool way."
