Knife-wielding suspect holds up Subway

BEMENT -- Piatt County authorities are investigating a robbery at knife-point. It happened about 8:45 am, Thursday, at Subway, in the 100-block of North Macon Street.

The suspect entered the store and demanded money while threatening the employee with a knife. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money. He's described as a white man, 5'8" - 5'10", tall, with a medium build. The victim was not harmed in the incident.
