NATIONAL -- Drivers have something to celebrate this Labor Day weekend. Gasoline prices will be at their lowest levels since 2010.

Regular gas will average $3.41 per gallon. That's $0.18 less than last year and $0.42 lower than 2012 Labor Day weekend.

South Carolina has the lowest average price at $3.15 per gallon. Hawaii has the most expensive at $4.31 per gallon.

According to gasbuddy.com, prices at the pump should continue to drop through early November.
