CHAMPAIGN -- Another problem upsetting consumers is the price of milk. It's on the rise, but it's not due to the lack of a new farm bill.

Economists say there simply is a higher demand currently for milk and other dairy products. Some shoppers say they paid nearly $5/gallon this weekend. Others say, they can't afford that price.
