CHICAGO -- Journalists honored Roger Ebert Tuesday night. The late film critic is the recipient of this year's Illinois Prize for Lifetime Achievement in Journalism. He's the first UI graduate to be given the honor.

His wife, Chaz, was at the ceremony to accept the award. Ebert died last year after a long battle with cancer.
