CHAMPAIGN-URBANA -- A Monticello man is getting state-wide recognition for his idea. Josh O'Neal created the C-U There app. It's a one-stop shop for finding everything from people to events in town.

Governor Quinn announced Thursday O'Neal won the Illinois Open Technology Challenge. It's a competition for developers who create digital tools for Illinois residents. The app is only for i-Phones. O'Neal is working on expanding to Androids too.
