WASHINGTON -- People are trying to piece together what they can after Sunday's tornado. Volunteers are coming from all over, including one woman anxious to help.

Laura Maxheimer sent out Facebook messages and posted information on her page Sunday to call on friends for aid and donations. Now, she and her friends are passing out the donations she collected.

They're giving out water, diapers and toothbrushes to those in need and she's doing it all on her ATV. Maxheimer and her group are able to get around town that way, but the whole town is actually on lock down.

Officials are asking people to stay home. They say they'll ask for help when it's time. Estimates show as many as 250 - 500 homes are damaged.
