FORSYTH -- From July 28 through August 31, drop off your denim for recycling in the designated receptacle in the Food Court. Denim of any color and in any condition will be accepted. All denim collected will be converted into UltraTouch Denim Insulation.

“The back to school season is a great time for shoppers to clean out their closets and drop off used jeans for a great cause,” says Sean Phillips, regional marketing director for CBL Malls, owner and manager of Hickory Point Mall.  “It’s a privilege for all thirteen of our shopping centers throughout the Midwest Region to serve as collection sites. Customers can simply bring their denim to the Food Court, and we will take care of shipping it to the recycling facility.”

Once denim is given to the "Blue Jeans Go Green" program, the recycling process begins by removing zippers, buttons and hardware. To learn more, click here.
