MONTICELLO -- An area man is collecting donations for tornado survivors for the second time this year. You may remember seeing semis in Piatt County after tornadoes hit Oklahoma in May. Now, they're back and the organizer is filling them for people in Gifford and Washington.

He says, this time, it's a little different than before. Among other things, he's collecting plastic bins, personal care items and cleaning supplies. He'll be on Bridge Street from 7 am - 6 pm, every day through Monday.
