CHAMPAIGN -- Teachers and school board members are meeting Wednesday night with a federal mediator. It's in hopes of coming to an agreement on a contract.

Unit 4 teachers have been working without one since the beginning of the school year. They hope to get higher pay and better benefits.

If an agreement isn't reached within 28-days, teachers could strike.
