"Mini-train" promotes safety

UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS -- CN Railroad is using a miniature train to educate people about railway safety. Their train, called Little Obie is touring the UI Engineering campus to teach people about the dangers of trespassing on railroad property and safety at crossings.

The ride is a big draw for families. Little Obie's appearance is part of a conference being held at the university. To catch a ride on Little Obie, head to campus Tuesday, from 5 - 7 pm, on Green Street.
