URBANA -- A Tennessee man accused of trying to pick up a Champaign girl will have to go to court again. Thursday, a judge declared a mistrial.

36-year old Joseph Harrison was in the middle of his testimony when he said he was going to faint. Court recessed when he did.

The judge ordered Harrison to undergo a mental health evaluation after he gets out of the hospital. After the evaluation, a new trial can start.

Police say Harrison met the then 11-year old girl in an online chat room. Investigators say he drove to Champaign three times to meet with her.
