NATIONAL -- The US job market got a boost in February. According to the U.S. Labor Department, employers added 175,000 jobs; up from 129,000 in January.

The strongest hiring came from professional and business service industries. That's jobs like accountants, architects and technology workers.

But, as the labor force grew, so did the number of unemployed. The nation's unemployment rate rose slightly to 6.7%; up from 6.6% in January.
