DECATUR -- A passenger on a Greyhound bus traveling cross-country was arrested on an outstanding murder charge from Sutter County, California. Police say 28-year old Eduardo Ornelas-Velasquez originally gave several false names.

California police say Ornelas-Velasquez is a member of the Norteno Street Gang with a history of arrests for firearm offenses. He's accused of a gang-related murder.

Detectives encountered Ornelas-Velasquez Monday at the Pilot Travel Center in the 4000-block of East Boyd Road. The bus was traveling from Chicago Reno, Nevada.
