DANVILLE -- A murder trial could start this fall, now that an appeals court reversed a ruling on a key piece of evidence. Lafayette Harper is accused of the 2009 murder of Timothy Shutes, Jr.
Harper's trial has been delayed. The appellate court ruled in favor of using video of Harper's interview with police in court. Harper's defense team could appeal the decision.
