PARIS -- New details have been released regarding last month's fatal plane crash. A preliminary report states witnesses noticed the plane seemed to take off slower than usual.

Investigators say flight crews knew about an issue with one of the planes two engines. That problem may have been the reason for the crash.

They say, after it went down, there were two separate explosions and the plane caught fire. The pilot, 33-year old Rusty Bogue, was killed in that crash.
