ILLINOIS -- It's going to be a little easier to get a flu shot. A new law allows more qualified professionals to administer flu vaccines. Dentists, nurses and retired healthcare workers, among others in the medical field, can volunteer at free clinics to give the shot. This new law comes after a shortage of volunteers in certain parts of the state. It goes into effect immediately.
