"Being able to serve and take care of the community should be a number one priority of every small town and every city," said Justin Kelley, who is the beverage manager at Destihl. "The homeless and the hungry shouldn't have to be homeless or hungry. Everybody should have to play a part and be able to do a role."
Now guests need to pay for food in order for it to be considered a restaurant. The new definition would remove that part of the ordinance.
