No more ticket quotas

SPRINGFIELD -- A new law could mean fewer tickets. Governor Quinn signed a bill banning officers from meeting ticket quotas. The law also prevents those quotas from being used to evaluate an officer's performance. It applies to local, county and state police officers and is effective immediately.
