CENTRAL ILLINOIS -- Governor Quinn is sending help to victims of Super-storm Sandy and this week's nor'easter. More than 50 law enforcement officers will head to New Jersey.

Just over half are state troopers. They'll be there for eight days to help with recovery and public safety operations.
