ILLINOIS -- OSHA fined an Arcola construction company for conditions at a project site in Savoy. Miller Building Systems was cited for two safety violations after exposing workers to falls and overhead hazards while doing roofing work. OSHA officials say this is the fifth time the company has been cited for similar violations in the past five years. The proposed penalty is $55,000.
