NATIONAL -- The House Oversight Committee made it clear the President's healthcare system wasn't ready to launch. Wednesday, committee members heard from experts about why healthcare.gov has had so many problems.

The Obama Administration has been given a November 30 deadline to make repairs to the problem-plagued website. That deadline allows just 15 days for enrollees to sign up for a health plan which kicks in January 1, 2014.
