PESOTUM -- Parents are calling a judge's ruling against a pilot "disturbing." Josh Pavia was flying the plane when fungicide was released on more than 70-detasslers.

This weekend, a judge ordered him to pay a $750 fine. That's less than $10 per child.

Parents say the fine is absurd. They're working with an attorney to find their own answers.

So far, they say they're still wondering what chemicals were in the fungicide. No lawsuits have been filed on their behalf.
