CHAMPAIGN -- A new ranking puts Illinois on top for child care because of its cost. Child Care Aware of America recently did a survey.

It showed what people pay for full time care throughout the nation. Illinois was ranked in the top ten for least affordable for infants.

The survey says some parents in the U.S. pay more for a year of infant care than for a year of college tuition.
