Police investigate child's death

NORMAL -- Authorities have made an arrest in the death of a 3-year old boy. 23-year old Nicholas Compton faces three counts of murder and one of aggravated domestic battery in connection to the beating death of Robbie Cramer.

Investigators say Compton struck the boy in the abdomen causing his death. Each murder charge is punishable by 20 - 60 years in prison.

NORMAL -- Police are investigating the death of a 3-year old who suffered multiple blunt force injuries. Robert Cramer died Tuesday.

He was taken to the hospital after having a seizure. Police say he was at home with his mom when it happened.

The McLean County Coroner says more testing is needed to determine cause of death. Police and the McLean County State's Attorney are investigating.
