SPRINGFIELD -- The past 24 hours have been surreal for one family. Two men were arrested for their niece's murder. All this, after Dave Benton's "Unsolved" special report on Thursday night.

Family members say that story may have encouraged someone to speak up. They don't know for sure, but this is the break they've been waiting for, for so very long.

It's been more than a year since Bridget Young's 24-year old niece was killed. The family of Andrea Pocklington never knew who was behind her murder. Now police say it was Jermaine Davis and Sancho Mitchell.

"I have no idea who they were," said Young. "Never seen them before."

Young saw them on Friday in Sangamon County Court.

"I was just looking for some kind of remorse from them, some kind of emotion," said Young. "There was just nothing. I was just trying to imagine what kind of a person would do that."

Investigators believe the men also killed Larry Grice the same night on New Year's Eve 2012. It's been more than a year of waiting for this day, but they know this is only the beginning.

"I know it's a long road yet and we've got a long way to go, but we do have our first step," said Young.

The two men face murder and armed robbery charges. Pockinglinton was pregnant. The baby died as well. Investigators would need to prove her killers knew she was pregnant to charge them with the baby's death.
