CHAMPAIGN -- There's an arrest warrant out for 27-year old Herbert Howard. He's accused of aggravated criminal sexual abuse for inappropriately touching a student at Edison Middle School in November.

Howard was a hall monitor at Edison and former football coach in Urbana. The Champaign County State's Attorney says the 13-year old victim was a student Howard reportedly supervised.

The victim told a family friend what happened and that friend told the victim's parents. Now, there's a warrant for Howard's arrest.

District officials have been investigating the case since November. They say Howard is not allowed on district property as is the case with any employee on administrative leave. Howard is wanted on $25,000 bond.
