SPRINGFIELD -- The winners of a $1 million Powerball ticket have come forward. Willis Kistler is Central Illinois' newest millionaire.

After taxes, it comes out to $700,000, which is life-changing for his family. Kistler is a truck driver whose wife is out of work. They have six children and eleven grandchildren.

The Kistler's live in Jamaica, IL, a town of only about 100 people. Kistler says he stopped in Casey's in Fairmount just for coffee and a snack.

At the last second, he also got three quick picks, and the rest is history. Of course, his numbers matched. The Kistler's say they're going to use the money to pay bills, invest and go on a cruise.

Jamaica must have some pretty lucky people. While the Kistler's were filling out their prize forms in Springfield, their neighbor also showed up. He won $1,000.
