CHICAGO -- Prosecutors say Rod Blagojevich should stay behind bars even as he appeals his corruption conviction. Wednesday, they filed a response to Blagojevich's appeal.

The former governor's attorneys say the judge made mistakes and Blagojevich's "crimes" amount to "normal political horse-trading." Prosecutors say it's still a crime and they've asked the court to uphold the lower court's ruling.
