Governor Quinn is struggling to show voters he's the man to put Illinois back on track. But, a recent poll found a significant chunk, 54% of voters, don't like what he's doing. That compares to 30% who do approve and 16% who had no opinion.
A lot of people say the State of the State address threw them off. They don't agree with his new spending plan. Others say he's on the right track. The Chicago Tribune surveyed voters last week. It reported the governor's approval rating is at its lowest point since 2010.
