Quinn honored for work on behalf of disabled

SPRINGFIELD -- Governor Quinn is being honored for his work improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities. Quinn got a standing ovation at the Arc of Illinois Conference Wednesday morning.

Last year, he worked to close state institutions and move people to community homes instead. They say quality of life is better because they have more freedom.
